More people were allowed than the venue could handle, and that's what led to the stampede. The government should resign. They were unable to manage even a small programme. This government has no right to continue. Just yesterday, we were celebrating the IPL win, and today we are in mourning - such is the situation in Karnataka. It was the government's responsibility, and it failed to fulfil it.
