Months after reports emerged that Deepika Padukone has exited the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD, production banner Vyjayanthi Movies on Thursday officially announced that they have parted ways with the Bollywood star as they were "unable to find a partnership" for a film that "deserves that commitment and much more".
