KUNDLI-SONEPAT BELT

Around 30 kilometers away from Delhi, the Kundli-Sonepat belt has been an investor’s delight. The stretch holds great potential owing to current and planned developments such as Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway which is expected to be completed in the next 12 months. Prices here range about Rs 3,000 per sq. feet, making it one of the more affordable housing markets close to the capital. Home buyers will be spoilt for choice with over 30 residential projects being constructed in the region. Top developers with projects here including Taneja Developers, Tulip Infratech and Omaxe among others.

BHIWADI

Bhiwadi is an established industrial township and is known as a suburb of Gurgaon. Home to about 2,700 industrial units, the region is well connected with both NH-08 and NH-71B present here. Prices here range about Rs 2,700 per sq. feet and it is just an hour’s drive away from the international airport in Delhi, contributing to its rise as an affordable property market for those working in Gurgaon. Even the government seems to have taken note of the rising interest in property in the region, with social and civic infrastructure being built in the region.

03

Neemrana

Last but not the least, Neemrana is another affordable housing market that you must look at. Home of the famous Neemrana Fort, the region is one of the fastest growing industrial centers in North India and is advantageously located on NH-08. The region has attracted heavy investments from manufacturing firms such as Nippon, Daikin, Nissan, NYK Logistics and Mitsui Chemicals. All of this has made Neemrana a favourite among the professionals and workers moving to find jobs here. It also helps that land prices in Neemrana range about Rs 2,800 per sq. feet, making it an obvious affordable hot spot. The good news is that in spite of the growing population, Neemrana still has a lot of room to grow which means prices here will remain stable for the near future.
