The middle-class has the most to gain because property prices in Roadpali are still affordable. A home buyer can actually buy modern homes complete with all amenities for around Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,000 per sq. feet. That is cheaper than neighbouring Kharghar where prices average Rs 8,000 per sq. feet.

2 Location, location, location
Roadpali is only about 3 kms away from Kharghar which has very good social infrastructure. The area is also easily accessible through the Khandeshwar and Mansarovar railway station. What’s more, the upcoming Navi Mumbai International airport is barely 10 kilometers away.

3 Good returns for investors
With about 40 under-construction projects and 338 units available for sale, Roadpali has adequate supply of housing stock. In the past three years, prices have appreciated at least 15% making it an attractive investment destination for investors, especially those ready to stay invested for the long-term.

4 Reputed brands to choose from
CIDCO has been actively developing infrastructure in the region and this has attracted top developers like the Gajra Group, Akshar, the Platinum group and Arihant among others, to build multi-storey apartments here.

5 Social infrastructure still in the works
Don’t expect A-class social infrastructure in the area. While a super-specialty hospital is under construction and CIDCO has reserved a plot for a multi-purpose sports complex, it will take time for these to be completed. The good news is that Roadpali’s growing influence will see more options coming up going ahead.
