Notwithstanding the age, there is no substitute for a regular exercise in order to maintain good health

Regular exercising coupled with a healthy lifestyle and a cheerful disposition contributes to a disease free life.
We should do exercise 30 to 45 minutes in a day regularly because regular exercise will give you 100 percent result.
When our health is good then we don’t think about our health. When we sick then we think about our health.
