Anuj Sharma has more than a decade of multi-country experience (13 countries) in CFO Advisory, Due Diligence, Strategy formulation, Distress Asset Advisory, Investment Banking Advisory, Impact Assessments and related fields. He is experienced in working with clients ranging from Leading multinational corporation to startups, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to non-profit entities. He likes to take workshops and has done so in San Francisco, New York and Singapore besides multiple places in India.
He started ASCo in 2008 and it has emerged as one of the leading Impact Investing Transaction Advisory firm, Headquartered in India, but with significant global experience focused on sustainable ventures and Impact Investing. ASCo’s mission is to contribute to increased transparency, accountability and responsible reporting in Impact Investing and Social Enterprise space.
Through its work, ASCo has positioned itself as a preferred service provider of Social Impact PE funds, Corporation and Development Organisations for the underprivileged and socially relevant companies including NGOs.
ASCo claims to be a market leader in Due Diligence in Impact space in India and has also done USA specific Due Diligence for 8 Social enterprises headquartered there. It covers operational, financial, regulatory and quasi legal aspects giving a comprehensive insight to Impact investor in decision making. ASCo has worked for clients based in India, Mongolia, Bangladesh, USA and Australia. ASCo has done field reviews in 300+ rural/ semi urban locations covering 6000+ household in 18 states in India, Mongolia and Bangladesh.
