Mumbaikars Came Together To Spread The Road Safety Message
As a part of the ongoing India Road Safety week, Mumbaikars came together to spread the message of road safety. TV Actor Karan Veer Mehra also extended his support towards the cause.
'Life just comes at 100 times the speed when a road accident is happening. All I can say is be safe, wear your guards, helmet, and seat belts. These are rules for our safety and I hope everyone adheres to it' said television actor Karan Veer Mehra, who flagged off the event.
Students from different schools and colleges joined the walkathon held in order to raise awareness about road safety among youngsters and spread the message of #NeverDrinkAndDrive.
Students arrived with sign-boards and messages to make people aware about the need to be cautious on road when driving and to #NeverDrinkAndDrive.

Volunteers of HelpAge India also joined in for the walkathon.
SNCF volunteers came in large number to show their support to the cause of road safety. The event wrapped up with senior citizens sharing their personal experiences on road safety measures.
