More To Give, a joint initiative by NDTV and Fortis, held a multi-city Walkathon on November 27 which is observed as Organ Donation Day. The Walkathon witnessed a lot of people claiming the streets to raise awareness on organ donation. Sonal Mansingh, the iconic classical dancer and social activist, came out in support of the cause too. She emphasised on the importance of organ donation, and urged people to consider pledging their organs.
