Ehsaan Noorani of the renowned music composer trio Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy says inclusion of technology in music is subjective. In terms of production, technology may have made music composition easier for artist. However, technology cannot replace the music composer he said.
Resul Pookutty, Sound Designer, says that sound is becoming immersive nowadays.
If you see most of the popular streaming services, none of them offer music for low data bandwidths, says Nishant Padhiar of What Hi-Fi. Nishant says smart speakers is already one of the big things for the music industry.
Much has been done in the recent past to blend technology with home entertainment. KJ Singh, an Audio Engineer says that mixing of different tracks has become easy with the arrival of advanced technologies.
