Abha Adams

An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College, Abha Adams has a M.A. in English Literature from Delhi University and a second Masters in Drama and Theatre Arts from the University of Leeds, UK. She has worked for over 37 years in the areas of education, media and arts management in India and the UK. She started her career as a Lecturer in English at her Alma Mater, Lady Shri Ram College where she taught for 6 years before getting a British Council Scholarship to pursue a Master’s program in Theatre Studies at Leeds University.
Former Director of the Shri Ram Schools, she is presently working as an Adviser Education to Step By Step School, Noida. She is the lead education partner for Carnegie Hall, New York.
She is also the member of the Governing Body of the Assam Valley School, the Shri Ram College of Commerce, and a member of the Fab India Education Trust, the Ahvaan Trust, the Global Education Leadership Foundation and Nirmal Bhartia School.
A published author and well-known columnist she writes on matters related to education, parenting and careers.
