ethiosEthos was started twelve years ago, as a response to a need to build awareness on our built environment; to bridge the gap between students and the outside professional world; to provide more opportunities to budding professionals and to create a platform, a network of young designers and civil engineers who are to be decision-makers in the years to come. This is achieved through events that are fun-filled and at the same time thought provoking.

Ethos’ flagship events are Archumen and Bending Moment, which are known to be India’s Biggest Quizzes on architecture and civil engineering. Archumen gained an entry into the Limca Hall of Fame in 2013. Archumen has also been hosted in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Ethos also is actively part of organizing design competitions such as Transparence, the IGBC Green Design Competition, Urban Innovation Contest, Save as You Build and many more. Ethos Connect has recently been launched as an effort to bridge the gap between work opportunities and professionals in the field of architecture and construction. The eventual aim of Ethos is to be the wind beneath the wings of young minds that are to shape tomorrow’s built environment.
