Meet an IIT Guwahati graduate in user experience design and a co-founder of YourDOST – Richa Singh.

YourDOST allows immediate access to users to share their problems through an online interface. There is a team of over 120 experts and one of the key aspects of this venture is that people are kept completely anonymous.

When Richa was studying engineering, her hostel mate committed suicide. The girl was worried about finding a job. It was to reach out to students and professionals who are stressed and have no one to turn to that Richa, along with friends, created this emotional wellness platform – YourDOST, both as an website and an app.

YourDOST started in December 2014 with the founders’ own capital. Recently it has received Rs. 2.5 crores in angel investment. The website and app has been used by 80,000 people till date.
