It has been noticed that at many roads crossing TIMER have been installed to inform Drivers/persons on wheel regarding how many seconds one has to wait for next signal of RED/ORANGE/GREEN light.
Purpose of timer was very clear that you can switch off/on ENGINE & save fuel/pollution.
Dear Sir, you may suggest to CRRI/PWD/MCD/NDMC/DDA & all concerned to keep these TIMERS functionally on all road crossing. Simultaneously if TIMERS are not installed at some road crossing/ T-junction, these must be installed & kept in working condition.
Public at large may be well informed about saving of FUEL together about reducing pollution.
